Cambodia's Forgotten South Coast
Trip code: CFSC
Price from: £2,199 per person
Keeping away from temples, this 15 day tour through Cambodia’s beautiful south coast demonstrates that the country has so much more to offer for those willing to look. Designed for people who have spent a couple of days at Angkor and want to see more of Cambodia, this privately guided tour covers the highlights of the south coast, from idyllic tropical beaches and stunning Mountain scenery, to Colonial architecture and tasty seafood.
You will spend three nights amongst the restored villas in the sleepy colonial coastal resort of Kep, eating at the famous crab market and wandering through the deserted villas and surrounding jungle clad hills. From Kep you will take a boat trip to Koh Tonsay (Rabbit Island), for the first of two overnight beach safaris on a quiet tropical paradise.
After two nights sipping cocktails on Kampot’s riverfront, while watching the sun set over nearby Bokor Mountain, you will move on to Sihanoukville for two nights on the peaceful and private Independence Beach and the second of the beach safaris on Koh Rong Samleon.
Before a final night in Phnom Penh, you will head into the remote South West region, where you will spend 3 days exploring the remote waterways, forests and stunning scenery of the Cardamom Mountains.
As usual at Experience Travel, we are happy to adapt and plan your trip in consultation with you.
The price includes all transport (in private air conditioned vehicles with English speaking guides), many of the meals, accommodation, domestic flights and return flights from the UK.
